• To plan and coordinate Supply Chain Management, all India level bases associated with FMCG & AUTO.
• To develop & implement process/Customer supply chain maps to determine root causes of defects and opportunities for improvement.
• To identify complex business requirement of customers and translate them into successful solutions.
• To implement web based online system, linked with each Customer end.
• To manage all Customers associated with FMCG & AUTO location across PAN India.
• To reconcile reports, pertaining to Stocks linked with different business model, Physical movements stocks, new warehouse development mgmt.
• To manage planning/FG allocation across manufacturing to Regional Mother/Satellite warehouses based on sales forecast & order, fulfillment of Customer order acc. to SLA.
• To coordinate with Operations, Logistic, Sourcing, Sales, C& F’s, Commercial.
• To analyze Cycle time from Customer ordering to dispatch.
• To assist in development and implementation of SOPs
• To impart innovative customer training program/system for effective supply chain to reduce equipment’s damages at customer sites.
• To coordinate and plan stock official audits (audit calendars) at customer site; and ensure accuracy of client data and invoices through managing in the field.
• Accountable for Major Key accounts & Ensure strong client relationships are maintained through visits and ensure the LEAP brand is valued in India.
• To assist reporting manager, as & when required based on the business requirements.

• We are looking for a reliable Credit Controller who will be responsible for monitoring the credit limits and outstanding dues from allocated customers.
• The person is required to understand accounting aspects and should be able to tackle tricky and complicated situations and take it to its logical closure.
• Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding dues
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Contact debtors to inquire of their payment status
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Handle questions or complaints along with detailed analysis
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies as may be required
• Responsible for periodic reconciliation of debtor ledgers
• Working knowledge of MS Excel

Job Description

• Logging all relevant incident/service request details, allocating categorization and prioritization codes.
• Providing first-line investigation and diagnosis using approved tools, systems, and procedures.
• Resolving/fulfilling incidents/service requests that are in scope.
• Technical Escalations - escalating incidents/service requests that cannot be resolved/fulfilled within agreed timescales or are out of 1st Line scope, to the next level technical team which may include 3rd Parties or other non-Assurance functions.
• Engaging and arranging external technical and non-technical support where hands and eyes support are required on-site.
• Following up with external technical and non-technical support organizations including 3rd parties until incident/request resolution/fulfilment.
• Managerial Escalations - escalating incidents/service requests that are at risk of failing or have failed agreed SLAs/OLAs, or that are out of scope, which may include 3rd Parties or internal roles (e.g. Service Manager, Account Manager).
• Owning incidents/requests from ticket creation to resolution/fulfilment/closure.
• Closing all resolved/fulfilled incidents/requests and other queries.
• Communication with stakeholder - keeping them informed of incident/request progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages, etc.
• Ensure the Configuration Management System (CMS) is maintained/updated.
• Maintain an exceptional level of customer service during any engagements with Customers/3rd Parties/Internal Teams.
• Ensure communication at all times is clear, concise, meaningful, professional and efficient.

• Experience in SAP Business One Implementation
• Significant Experience of successfully managing complex business systems projects involving significant business change / and including management of at least three full-lifecycle SAP ERP projects (involving Sales/ Warehouse / Finance / Purchasing) in Manufacturing or Consumer Products industry
• Experience on other SAP / ERP Implementations like Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Infor SunSytems, Oracle, JD Edwards etc
• Strong Functional Skills as ERP End User.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Coordinating, supporting and mentoring the entire BA Team and Management Trainees
• Manage the set-up and implementation of a SAP project
