With over 25 years of experience in the finance field, Sujit’s specialisations include private equity, M&A, Financial modelling, Fund raising, overall business strategy development and related fields. He also has leadership experiences in companies such as Indian Head at Bravia Capital, CFO at GoAir, General Manager Finance at Jet Airways and Positions at Andersen and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Some of his educational background include Bachelor of Commerce, Accounts, Economics, Law and CA.
Harish has 23+ years of experience in managing sales and distribution functions while working under talented minds in global organization such as India Today, Rotomac, Mattel, Kellogg’s and Ferrero. His expertise in General/Sales management and leadership skills has led him to find success in challenging times and makes him a valuable asset to the company. Some of his educational background includes BCom and a Master’s in marketing management.
During his successful career spanning over 23 years in finance and management, Arun oversaw functions like strategic planning and forecasting, Capex and project management, product pricing and costing, working capital management, financial reporting and analysis, risk management, ICFR, demerger processes and Compliance, business excellence and data analytics, internal control and audit, business partnering. Apart from this, he was also crucial in the management of IT (SAP & BIW) implementation, internal controls process and authorisation matrix. Prior to joining LEAP, Arun has served as CFO at Mahindra Trucks and Buses Limited for 3 years.
A certified Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of experience in the field of Financial Controllership, Accounts and Finance, Business Support, Tax Strategy and Compliance, Process Improvements/Re-engineering and Automation, Internal Audit and Statutory Audit, Rajesham was General Manager – Finance at the Times Network (Times of India Group) and as also at Jet Airways, where he handled Finalisation and Consolidation of Financials. He brings in his valued expertise in Finance Operations, Internal Financial Control (IFC), Demerger, Capital Reduction, Automation of Processes and SAP implementation to LEAP India.
Ameya Karambe stands out as a distinguished HR leader, renowned for his exceptional fusion of people-centric skills and keen business insight. After earning his Master's in Human Resources, he further augmented his academic prowess with a coveted Post-Graduation Certification in HR Management from the esteemed XLRI-Jamshedpur. This rich academic foundation, combined with his intrinsic ability to align human resource strategies with business goals, positions him as a pivotal figure in modern HR landscapes.
Anuj has over 12 years of experience in sales leadership roles across companies in the FMCG sector. He's a B.Com graduate and holds an MBA in Retail Management. He started his career with Nilkamal, later joining CHEP and LEAP. At LEAP, Anuj implements workflows for driving success and setting benchmarks for FMCG and AUTO segments, steering them towards growth by developing strategies, improving financial and operational efficiencies and guiding a cross-functional and multi-cultural team pan-India.
Jai has over 12 years of experience in various areas such as business operations, strategic and financial planning, supply chain management and resource optimization. He has worked for companies such as Jost’s Engineering Company where he was heading the equipment rental business and Gemini Equipment and Rentals. His educational qualifications include a Diploma in Business Administration and an MBA in Finance from University of Wales.
Dheeraj, who has about 15 years of experience, previously worked in various business conglomerates such as J M Baxi Group, ABG Shipyard Ltd., Polycab Group before joining LEAP. He has a degree in Company Secretaryship from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and completed his B.Com and L.L.B. from Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur (Rajasthan). Dheeraj's areas of expertise include Secretarial Compliances, Contract & Agreements, Loan documentation, M&A, Private Equity, and Trademark management.
