Job Description 

Develop asset protection strategies, controls, and asset awareness with Asset Control & Retail Services.
• Conducts and manages detailed investigations on all issues related to loss/theft/fraud within the supply chain, with Customers/vendors etc.
• Communicates findings of all investigations with appropriate members of management. Goal is to reduce asset loss and minimize risk.
• Responsible for regular review and analysis of Supply Chain/Asset Management issues.
• Provide analytical support to the LEAP business with the specific objective of identifying opportunities for improvement
• Support recovery activities with field Asset Recovery representatives.
• Help the business and Asset Management team to identify and correct inventory control problems at customer locations and Non-Participating Distributors.

Job Description

• Deliver value through continuous improvement of conditioning process of equipment such as Pallets, Crates and Utility boxes at company’s own warehouses and those at customers (on-site) location in the region, based on defined processes and leveraging best practices available globally or locally.
• Manage conditioning of all equipment at warehouse and customer on-site locations. Will be responsible for Ready-to-Deliver (RTD) stocks.
• Ensure quality assessment of equipment pool, conditioning manpower training and safety at the Warehouse
• Ensure complete control of 5M - Manpower, Material, Machine, Method and Money, through close coordination with Regional Operations Manager.
• Deliver optimized services to customers through meticulous planning of all required resources and precision execution.
• Ensure support to LWH and Quality teams to ensure they manage their Allot KPIs as well as quality of delivered products.
• Ensure 100% de-hire damage Assessment.
• Ensure 100% data accuracy in S-R-C process
• Ensure internal customer satisfaction (Sales & Asset Management team) through collaboration and timely service delivery.
• Work closely with on-site manpower to ensure quality equipment conditioning services
• Manage resource planning (5M) by collaborating within the team as well as cross functional to ensure timely delivery as required for successful equipment conditioning.
• Motivate manpower, impart training, and understand requirement of resources for equipment conditioning.
